My Songs
"A LITTLE BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT MY SONGS."
The songs below are six of over eighty songs that I have written in the past six years. Some local young people who are musicians helped me to put together the two demos. I chose to do these songs because they were my first ones that I wrote, and they are very special to me. My song writing came as a surprise to me. I had never written any lyrics before 1999. One day, from out of the blue, I started singing a song and decided to sit down and write it on the computer. It was awesome to see the words come so easily. It took all of about ten minutes to complete the lyrics. What is strange to me is along with the lyrics came the notes they are to be played in and colors that relate to them, which I guess I would say are colors that pertain to the chakras of the body. I am certain that my Spirit Guides helped me with the writing of my songs. I don't know enough about music to put all of it together by myself. Needless to say it was very exciting to sing my songs and relay them to the people who would be playing the music and singing the songs. I am not a singer at all, but the people that I sang the lyrics to said that I was singing in tune with the keys that I told them they were supposed to be played in. Is that cool or what? I think so. The first three songs below on the first demo were done only with me telling the musicians and singers how they were supposed to sound. The next three songs on the second demo, I was able to produce and play a large role in them coming together. I actually channeled the music for all the songs to Shane as he played them. He was in a trance through my channeling to him. He was so deep into the music that he didn't even know what he was playing. I channeled Vicki to Dan as he was singing. And guided Mindy also. Shane and Dan, said they had never had a musical experience as awesome as that before. They said working with me was a very unusual and inspiring event. They realized that my guides were helping us and they thought it was cool that it was a spiritual experience as well as musical. The songs on the demo that I did with Shane, Mindy and Dan, prompted ASCAP from New York to contact me and tell me they really liked it. That made me feel very happy. I have been told by many people, including people in the industry that my songs are very unique in a wonderful way. It is like a key that fits a certain door, when the right voice is put to them, they have definite potential to be platinum records. The right time, the right person and voice, with the right song. I am certain they will all come together.
